How does the SmartQueuing™ solution work?
The patent-pending SmartQueuing™ solution consists of an easy-to-use waitlist application running on an Apple® iPad™. With minimal training and up-front configuration, a seater can begin establishing customer relationships in minutes. The data captured by using this system allows owners and managers to design customer loyalty programs for frequent diners. SmartQueuing™ will never sell your customer’s phone number to a third party. We dislike annoying telemarketers as much as you do! If a customer chooses not to opt into the restaurant’s program, their number is erased from the system as soon as they are notified of their table. If they choose to opt in, the restaurant will send great deals like free appetizers or drinks straight to their phone or email. We make a promise to keep all of your customers’ information private.
